With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Ryan Hawkins brings a depth of knowledge and leadership to every project. He has spent more than a decade managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager and over three years leading field operations as a Superintendent. His well-rounded experience from preconstruction through jobsite execution ensures that every project is delivered with excellence, efficiency, and integrity. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his Wife Melody and two kids, Lincoln and Meadow. His vacation time is best spent off the beaten path somewhere, ideally in the mountains.

With nearly three decades in the commercial construction industry, Erick has delivered projects and led teams since 1996. A CMMA Certified Construction Manager, he brings over ten years of hands-on field experience and more than twenty years of executive leadership. His background spans a wide range of commercial project types, providing both deep operational insight and strategic perspective. He is recognized for disciplined stewardship, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to cultivate trusted owner relationships, with a leadership approach grounded in accountability, clarity, and long-term value creation.

Danny “DJ” Sims Jr. is a dedicated Superintendent with over five years of experience in managing ground-up construction projects. Known for his hands-on leadership and attention to detail, DJ takes pride in transforming open fields into well-executed, lasting structures that align with each client’s vision. His commitment to quality and clear communication helps drive successful project outcomes from start to finish.

Outside of work, DJ is passionate about coaching youth programs and mentoring the next generation. He values time with his wife, Kourtney, and their two children, Dallas and Eden.

Eric Miller brings over four decades of experience to RCH Builders, with a distinguished career in commercial construction spanning 44 years—including 35 years in project management. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than $275 million in construction projects across public and private sectors.

Eric’s portfolio includes high-profile public works such as Owasso and Ponca City City Halls, multiple fire stations in Tulsa and Longview, Texas and educational facilities in Oklahoma and Texas. On the private side, he has led major projects including the Martin Gas corporate headquarters, Owasso Medical Center, St. John’s Medical Imaging Center, and the Shops at Warren Place. His experience also extends to building churches, restaurants, medical clinics, schools, sports parks, and even a golf course.

Eric holds certifications in masonry, steel erection, and construction management, and has a degree in computer science. He has held leadership roles at respected design and construction firms across the country.

Phil Hawkins serves as Project Administrator at RCH Builders, bringing decades of industry experience from a long-standing career in the construction machinery sector with Caterpillar. Now working part-time, Phil supports the company’s administrative functions and plays an active role in building strong subcontractor relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys bicycling, traveling, camping, and gardening.

Melody Hawkins brings over 14 years of business and leadership experience to RCH Builders, with a proven track record of growth and innovation in the medical spa industry. She served as CFO and eventually became owner of a successful med spa business, which she sold in 2025 to fully support RCH Builders. As Director of Marketing, Melody now applies her entrepreneurial insight, financial acumen, and creative strategy to elevate the brand and support the company’s long-term vision. Her unique blend of business and marketing expertise plays a key role in driving awareness and growth for RCH Builders.
